Elgar Studies in Legal Research Methods

This highly topical series provides a focus on the role of research methods in current legal scholarship. It explores the diverse range of approaches from within the legal discipline as well as the growing role of interdisciplinary methods, and highlights the impact of different research methods on our understanding of the law.
