Inclusive Management and Diverse Thinking series

This series will offer original and valuable insights into the practical steps management and leadership can take for positive action to create fair and inclusive workplaces globally. It will explore how the obstacles that remain across different lines of diversity can be overcome, and the impact of removing these on organizational success. The series will showcase research that demonstrates how thinking, leading, and innovating differently through diversity can positively influence organizational outcomes. We welcome both authored and edited book proposals that have a strong grounding in theory but that are relevant to practice and doing business better.
