The Association of Human Rights Institutes (AHRI) series brings together outstanding human rights scholarship from across the globe, primarily in law, but complemented by a range of closely associated disciplines. The series encourages cutting-edge work that engages with the theoretical, comparative and international dimensions of human rights law. Books in this series promote an understanding of the nature and impact of human rights law in its contextual setting.
